Because of a cancelled flight we missed a day of trips and a lot of money! Get your guide never once replied to my emails, I couldn’t get to speak to no one of trying to get a refund. Only thing I was told was because we didn’t cancel within their 24 hr cancellation period I wouldn’t get a refund. I didn’t want to cancel! My flight was cancelled. Awful company! Stay away.
