I feel scammed. Event though my purchase was genuine and the products arrived well, there was a hidden subscription fee free trial that you cannot back out of and that does not provide a warning before it charges you 35EUR a month, with no ability to refund. I believe this is against the EU customer protection policy but the company just gets back with you saying it's not eligible for a refund but you have access to some BS community online that you never signed up for.I'm very upset at the way they hide this charge and the way they handle refund requests. I don't believe it's the right way to do business and will find as many ways possible to warn other people from being scammed by them,
