After disputing the charges with my credit card company, they denied my claim based on the vague information provided by the seller. I paid a significant amount for medication I can't use because it was supposed to arrive cold. The communication was terrible, and it seemed like their only concern was getting my money. They even asked me to stop the dispute in exchange for sending the medication, but my credit card company warned that this was likely a scam. In my 64 years, this has been the worst experience with any company. I strongly advise others to avoid this situation and conduct thorough research. Their customer service is non-existent, and they only offer scripted apologies without any real help. I feel completely ripped off and disappointed by how they operate. I will continue to share my experience to prevent others from facing the same issues.
