Absolutely insane experience. Paid $156 for a year's supply of meds. Was shipped 6 months and told that due to shelf life, I would have to reach out 6 months later to request the next shipment. I did so. They then charged my card for a full year as a new subscription, but only shipped 3 months of medication this time. I paid for 24 months of meds – they sent 9 months worth. I contacted support, they refused a refund and ignored the other questions in my request. I had to resort to having an extremely aggressive pre-litigation demand letter drafted. Once action was threatened, suddenly it was absolutely no problem to issue a refund. Insane. They literally steal money from patients and withhold prescribed medication. Unless you have an attorney in the family who will work for free, get your meds somewhere else. This company is one whistle-blower away from bankruptcy.

The customer service was terrible and so is the website. My prescription was wrong. They said they would send out the correct thing and never did. So I was going to use the prescription that was sent but when I went to pick it up from the pharmacy, it was $1k when I was under the impression that my $150 was paying for the meds not to mention the$135 membership fee. After all that, I ended up with nothing. Also when you go to cancel make sure you go all the way through because they ask about 5-6 times are you sure before they actually cancel your membership. Worst experience ever!!

Didn't even get a consultation, and was charged and then they shipped me medication. I wasn't sure if I wanted to go through yet so I wanted to speak to someone. They charged me $329 and now are refusing to refund me because the medicine was delivered even though their site says it wouldn't be until after a consultation. Also, apparently AM RX and Zeathly are the same company? I went through AM RX but none of their support emails work and finally got through to someone after using zealthy support email. Was on the phone with customer support who tried to tell me to use AM RX support email even though its an invalid email. They're a bunch of crooks and now I'm having to go through leaps and bounds to get my money back for something I didnt even order yet.

100% scam! Tried going through my insurance and have yet to hear back. They keep telling me that they are still waiting on an approval 3 weeks later. Funny RO was able to get it approved in 2 days. TBH...I don't think they even check on insurance approvals since they want you to buy directly from them. I contacted my insurance company and had asked them about it, Zealthy has yet to contact them. Avoid them at all cost!

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I ordered medication that was supposed to be kept cold, but the portal kept saying it was processing and would notify me when it shipped, which never happened. Instead, it was left in my mailbox in the heat. When I tried to contact support, I could only reach representatives from another country who were unhelpful. They kept claiming they couldn't assist me, and it felt like I was talking to a computer-generated response. Additionally, I was overcharged for subscription months that I explicitly declined. After disputing the charges with my credit card company, they denied my claim based on the vague information provided by the seller. I paid a significant amount for medication I can't use because it was supposed to arrive cold. The communication was terrible, and it seemed like their only concern was getting my money. They even asked me to stop the dispute in exchange for sending the medication, but my credit card company warned that this was likely a scam. In my 64 years, this has been the worst experience with any company. I strongly advise others to avoid this situation and conduct thorough research. Their customer service is non-existent, and they only offer scripted apologies without any real help. I feel completely ripped off and disappointed by how they operate. I will continue to share my experience to prevent others from facing the same issues.
