I had an issue with GewoonEnergie where gas and electricity was being delivered to an incorrect address which resulted in me effectively being billed for a product that I was not using. I tried multiple times via email and telephone to sort the matter out but the customer service was really bad and they could not fix the issue so that I would get gas & electricity to my correct address so in the end I decided to rather move back to previous supplier, even though they are more expensive I never had these kind of issues with them.
