Working with this service was incredibly frustrating. They provided an initial estimate that was very low, and after two months, they began billing us three times more. By the end of the year, we received a bill of $9,000. They are clearly not honest in their dealings. When we raised our concerns, they stopped delivering and left us with a hefty final bill. Their claims of being the cheapest are misleading, as they end up being the most expensive option. Now, with another client, they keep raising their prices each year. Additionally, we can't log in to our account, and the customer service is inadequate.

They did not include certain costs in my monthly agreement, resulting in a large final bill. I am quite unhappy about this. It also raises concerns about whether this is permissible, as it feels misleading. Exercise caution when dealing with them.
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this service. Over several months, I was overcharged significantly, despite being under a fixed contract. I sent numerous letters and meter readings, assured that corrections would be made after the inflated bills were settled. After paying in good faith based on their promise, they ceased energy delivery without explanation and never adjusted the bills. They did not honor their agreement. On another account, I was charged excessively for my usage, which was far from realistic. The lack of transparency and communication is alarming. When I tried to follow up, I received no response. This service has shown disregard for consumer rights and contractual commitments. I will escalate this issue if it remains unresolved, including reporting them to the appropriate authorities. I do not recommend this service—especially if you value honest billing and fair treatment.
