They advertise a $125 credit when at 1000 KwH. They provde a weekly "snapshop" of your expected bill. Amazingly, it never varies from what Oncor provides (their words) at the beginning of the month, so if the projected usage is 847 KwH it doesn't change if you actually cross 1,000 KwH so you effectively pay much more per KwH than if you received the $125 credit. I know my usage increased this past month due to cold, furnace operation, etc., over the projected usage. An attorney needs to subpoena their billing records and file a class action lawsuit.
