I was sent an early renewal offer of 8.9c per kwh. When I called in to take the offer I was told that was incorrect it is 9.3c. I said it was valid when I called so what changed? They told me they can change the rate daily. I even emailed them and they just ignore my emails.STAY AWAY!!! If this is how you try to keep customers then the opposite just happened. I will move as I can not stand false advertising as it is the same as fraud. This is marketing 101, do not screw your loyal customers over.
