We ordered a new front door and were given a delivery date, door didn’t appear and no contact from the company. They blamed the delivery company and gave another date, same again they blamed the delivery company. After many phone calls they told me the door was lost in transit. I think they should have pulled out the stops to supply another door quickly but the just offered a refund. In fairness they dealt with the refund quickly but they’ve held my project up by at least a month. Would never recommend them to anyone.
