I just canceled my service today, and they refuse to refund the remaining quarterly payment. Their costs are distributed among customers, and I’m stuck paying for a service I won't use. The customer service is rude and tends to talk over you. Update: I was contacted today and informed they could, after all, stop my service mid-quarter and issue the appropriate refund.
