Just like every other customer I didn’t receive my over $400 purchase for Christmas, was offered a credit. The stores also didn’t have the stock so purchased a couple of items on the promise I could get a refund on the remainder of the credit. Turns out Ghanda can’t give refunds on already used credit vouchers. There’s just nothing they can do to assist. You are forced to spend the remainder of your money on a brand that can’t even look after their long standing valued customers. Poor effort from the ecommerce side of the business and the customer support team that takes three weeks to reply and when they finally do there’s zero support. A special mention to Emma the Customer support manager who offered zero customer support. If only you had a look at how well your retail staff look after their customers maybe they need to train the customer service management team!
