I am so disappointed. I was really excited to wear their clothes but the shipping process is really slow. And COMMUNICATION is even worse, I’ve emailed them and called them 4 times and still no response. I want to cancel my order right now.

I do not recommend shopping at Ghanda online for the purchasing of swimwear as they do not refund or replace the wrong size on brand new unworn swimwear with tags attached and receipt. ( swimwear includes swim broad shorts & Swim tops) Another thing their sizing on the swim shorts brought in store do not match the same sizing as the same swim shorts online . For the same swim shorts online , you have 2 colour choices, one colour choice give you the sizing in 10,12 ect but if you choose the other colour the sizing is in small med ect . Same swim shorts different colours . Sizing chart if not correct with these swim shorts .

The size med size swim shorts brought in store were a good fit , the same swim shorts in size 12 online just a different colour do not match up in sizing reference chart online .

To the Mums out there that like to purchase swimwear for their daughters as a gift , I strongly recommend you don’t go buying the swimwear because the stores will not let you exchange them for a different size if you brought the wrong
size or the sizing is out.

For me personally I will only shop and support stores that do offer wrong size exchanges on new unworn swimwear as there are still plenty of stores that exchange with tags attached and receipt of purchase.

I would also like to add the Manager at Garden City when I called the store is rude certainly not helpful and told me she did not care if I left a neg review.
She also tried to say I was abusive to the first person I spoke to before I spoke to her and I was certainly not . Yes I was not happy, you could hear the frustration tone in my voice, but I did not yell, swear or name call. This manager hung up on me while I was still talking .

Yet the lady at Ghanda Indooroopilly when I called there was much more helpful and sincere and said that it was store policy about exchanges and she personally could not do anything, and it would be better for me to take the matter up with head office and with that she gave me the details and when it was best to contact them . This store lady showed more professionalism and genuine sincerity about my frustration.

She was quick in getting back to me and arranged for a replacement. The service was so friendly and useful!

I placed an order with Ghanda on 26th December. My parcel wasn’t shipped until 14th January, well past the normal timeframe. When I reached out for updates, I received very minimal replies and no clear timeframe for when my order would arrive.
The parcel was then marked as delivered on 20th January, but it never arrived. I immediately contacted them, and since then I’ve had only two replies. As of 2nd February, multiple emails have been ignored, and the issue remains unresolved.
Overall, extremely poor communication and service. I would not recommend relying on this company for timely delivery

Just like every other customer I didn’t receive my over $400 purchase for Christmas, was offered a credit. The stores also didn’t have the stock so purchased a couple of items on the promise I could get a refund on the remainder of the credit. Turns out Ghanda can’t give refunds on already used credit vouchers. There’s just nothing they can do to assist. You are forced to spend the remainder of your money on a brand that can’t even look after their long standing valued customers. Poor effort from the ecommerce side of the business and the customer support team that takes three weeks to reply and when they finally do there’s zero support. A special mention to Emma the Customer support manager who offered zero customer support. If only you had a look at how well your retail staff look after their customers maybe they need to train the customer service management team!

Gift card for Christmas never arrived, no help received.

I sent a gift card for Christmas on December 15, but it has not been received. I didn't get any response to my inquiries or assistance until January 8. The explanation given was that the order was assumed to be a scam, so the gift cards were not sent to the intended recipient, even though my account was charged $300 on December 15.

CAUTION: Unreliable Practices from This Company

CAUTION: This company engages in misleading and deceptive conduct, violating consumer protection standards. They advertise products for sale but fail to fulfill orders. I placed an order on 19/11 and was informed on 6/12, after 2.5 weeks, that two items were unavailable. I then ordered two similar items, which were accepted, but a week later, I was again notified that they were out of stock. I received an email offering a credit (valid for 6 months) or a refund, stating: 'Since we cannot send this to you, we've issued a Gift Card for the amount paid plus a little extra.' The total was $50. As these items were Christmas gifts for my grandchildren, I was very disappointed and requested a refund of the $50. I believed this included the $26 I paid plus the $24 offered as compensation. However, I was told the $50 only applied if I reordered. This 'disclaimer' was not mentioned in the email. A customer service representative suggested I escalate the issue after I mentioned filing a complaint. The staff seem unaware of proper customer treatment. Additionally, a representative previously disconnected our call while I was inquiring about delays, resulting in a ban on my number. I highly recommend choosing a reliable and professional company instead of this one.

Service requires significant improvement.

The service needs to enhance its customer support. I sent multiple emails and received only generic responses about updates taking up to 4 business days. It took over 10 days to pack a single item, and it still hasn't been shipped after several more days. I won't be purchasing from this seller again, either online or in-store. This experience has been very disappointing, as the delivery was far too late. Thank you.

Extremely disappointing experience with this service.

I will not be ordering from this service again. I placed an order for three items on Sunday, December 7th. It took five business days for anything to ship, with only two items dispatched on Friday, December 12th. I also had to wait four business days for a response from the support team via email, and there was no other way to reach out. While a representative did issue a refund for the item that wasn't shipped, I am still waiting for the delivery of the two items, which has now been ten business days since my order. The courier used is the worst and most unreliable option, as my items have been stuck in Sydney for two full business days without any reason. Meanwhile, other retailers are delivering to me overnight without any issues. Overall, this has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve encountered with an Australian retailer. Improvements are needed.
