I recently ordered and received a cap along with a woolen scarf. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong size for the cap and reached out to the company to request an exchange for a larger size. They responded to my email within a day and are sending me the larger cap, while allowing me to keep the original one. Despite some negative feedback I've seen, I am very satisfied with their service and quick response.
