I ordered three hats received one. It poorly packaged just in a plastic bag with an air pillow inside the hay so the hat was dented.

Quality not as advertised. Very thin.

Any wonder the official website does not have reviews on it.

Great Experience with a Size Exchange

I recently ordered and received a cap along with a woolen scarf. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong size for the cap and reached out to the company to request an exchange for a larger size. They responded to my email within a day and are sending me the larger cap, while allowing me to keep the original one. FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I wish I had checked reviews before placing my order. I received the hat I ordered, but it was of very poor quality and nothing like what was shown on the site. I've emailed them to initiate a return, but I’m not optimistic. I think I've lost my money. Do not purchase from this company.

Dissatisfied customer.

Customer service is lacking. Avoid this company if you want quality support. I should have realized when the only contact method was via email. They also make returning items very complicated. I won't be misled by what seems like a legitimate company again.
