I've submitted two refund requests to the customer service team and haven't heard back. A dress I received on December 1st was too large. I returned it securely the next day, but now, two weeks later, I've had no updates about the return. I have my post office receipt as proof, but I'm at a loss for what to do next. This was my first and last order with this company!
