I've submitted two requests for a refund to the customer service team and received no reply. A dress I got on December 1st was too large. I returned it carefully packaged the next day, but now, two weeks later, there has been no communication about the return. I have proof of shipment, but I'm unsure of what to do next. This was my first and last order with this seller!
