This company is fraudulent.In June or July of 2023, I purchased a bundle package of a supposed 14" mattress (when inflated) & adjustable bed frame in 2023. The cost was approximately $3,000. The mattress only inflated to 12" after waiting 48 hours and it also sagged on one side that caused me to automatically roll over onto my back. So, I returned the mattress in order to buy another elsewhere since I did not trust the quality of Ghostbed's mattresses. Only to discover that they still charged me $3,000+ for just the bed frame, something the customer service representative failed to disclose upon purchase. When I queried why they didn't inform me of this upfront, the reply was that "I didn't ask." Really!? Why would or should that question even cross my mind? It seemed logical that they would refund the difference and I would pay for just bed frame. To my dismay and shock, they ripped me off and was stuck paying an exhorbitant amount for the frame itself. Does that sound right or fair? Now, I can't even sell it for anywhere near that price when all adjustable frames range around $1,000.They are not an honest company! So, buyer, beware if buying from them (or any other independent company) selling a bundle package. Stay away from that choice. Buy each product separately.If I could give them a negative 10 stars, I would.I know that Ghostbed will not post this review, but at least I said my peace.
