Ordered a phone case on October 3rd. Package was delivered on October 7th. All the paperwork has the correct order info but the case I received was not what I ordered. I reached out to them via contact email and received this response, "Thank you so much for contacting us! We will get back to you faster than a speeding ticket! We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during our operating hours, which are Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM EST. Please note that our team is not available on weekends or holidays."It is now the 10th and they have not responded via email or phone. I tried to call them but all their phone lines go to a voicemail that says they cannot accept any more messages.Update:Received this response on October 16th:Hi Cindy,I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and misunderstanding regarding your order. I understand that you received the wrong item and wish to have a refund instead of a replacement.We will process a refund, once we confirm that the return tracking number shows the item has been delivered back to us. Thank you for providing the USPS tracking number 9400150899561120202509.Please let me know if there's anything else I can assist you with.
