On the positive side, the quality is quite good; I prefer thicker hoodies, but the softer style is also great, and I love how comfortable they are, along with the design. The communication from the owner has been really good lately. On the downside, I don’t want to criticize too harshly, but he is a one-man operation that sometimes takes on too much by releasing new designs before finishing existing backlogs. I understand it's a business, and he needs time and resources to complete everything. It doesn’t help when overwhelmed by negative messages and constant inquiries about orders. He is friendly but can be a bit abstract in his communication, so patience is key. That said, my order did get delayed a few times due to a lack of communication, which was frustrating given my impatience. Overall, I want to encourage buyers in a similar situation to stay hopeful, be patient, and reach out on Discord if you have questions; that’s the best way to communicate if you plan on purchasing or have already bought from him.
