He genuinely connects with his followers and welcomes constructive feedback. The depth of thought behind his designs is evident in the final products. While shipping was a bit slow, he provided daily updates and even upgraded the prints at no extra cost. If you have questions about care or inquiries about his designs, he is always eager to help. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience and will continue to support this brand.

The designs have become more intricate, featuring both patchwork and screen prints, which he invests a lot of time into since he is a solo artist. He even held one of my orders to redo the design for better quality prints, and the result was impressive. Although some claim they never received orders, I reached out and had extensive discussions with him about our interests and his creative process. He even sent me a new hoodie for free after I expressed interest in it, to compensate for a previous order issue. It’s worth noting that he faced a warehouse fire a year ago but has since rebuilt both his brand and himself. He is honest and transparent, working hard to ensure customer satisfaction, even if it means financial sacrifice on his part. I believe many struggle to see beyond the brand and recognize the person behind it. This is not a large corporation but a one-person operation, and like everyone else, mistakes happen. However, in my experience, he acknowledges his errors and actively seeks to resolve them. He has even adapted his business model to offer 'ready to ship' products instead of pre-orders. Overall, I feel this brand is in its best condition yet, thanks to his transparency, communication, elaborate products, and strong social media presence. I’ve been collecting his work since 2016. The quality has consistently been excellent, and if any imperfections arise, he addresses them with research and development. He reached out when my patches were coming apart from my ready-to-ship series and even offered to add more patches while fixing them. He is definitely an artist who takes pride in his craft.

He is friendly but can be a bit abstract in his communication, so patience is key. That said, my order did get delayed a few times due to a lack of communication, which was frustrating given my impatience.
