I ordered two items that were supposed to ship by October 15 for a birthday. However, every day brought a new excuse. They claimed it had shipped and would provide a tracking number soon, but it took another week. Today, they finally showed a tracking number, but it only indicates that a label was created today, October 15. Do not trust their claims. I will update my review on the quality once I receive them, but I suspect it will take even longer. I cannot recommend them and will not do business with them again.
