Honestly the whole process was spot on from beginning to end. I was updated the whole way through and when the sculpture arrived it was perfect, exactly as described. Very smooth experience overall.
The service was outstanding from start to finish. The owner kept me informed about the delivery schedule, which I greatly appreciated. The statues are stunning, and the driver even helped bring them inside. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! 👍
I ordered two items that were supposed to ship by October 15 for a birthday. However, every day brought a new excuse. They claimed it had shipped and would provide a tracking number soon, but it took another week. Today, they finally showed a tracking number, but it only indicates that a label was created today, October 15. Do not trust their claims. I will update my review on the quality once I receive them, but I suspect it will take even longer. I cannot recommend them and will not do business with them again.
