My daughter (age 6) was over the moon with her Big Ted on Christmas Day … she snuggles in bed with it every night. Quality wise though I would say it’s not quite what I’d hoped for the money and the customer service response was poor. After a few days of cuddles her bear’s stitching started to come apart under the arm … I notified customer service and was advised at my cost I could return the bear and pay for the postage back to me! I explained she’d only played with her bear for a matter of days and would expect them to cover these costs as there was a quality issue, but because I’d bought it a couple of months earlier (it was for Christmas!) they said no … we went backand forth and they relented on the return costs but I was still expected to return the defective bear at my cost.I found the customer service attitude to the whole thing to be quite poor.
