Son bought a teddy for a xmas present but the gift was unwanted. Contacted the company to explain and said teddy was still in packaging with all tags, but they won't have it back as it is outside of 15 day return period. Who has a 15 day return period over Xmas, especially with all the delivery/postage issues?? Teddy was nice enough but expensive and colours don't really match website.
