Although this is no secret and well communicated from the beginning, quite a few customers from germany wrote a negative review, complained about waiting to long, which doesn't seem honest 2 me. Some guy complained for not been able 2 excange the glasses, but the deadline is 14 days, so keep that in mind, don't complain about the customer service if U'r too late.
