I’ve had my eye on a pair of Persol 3348s in Havana for a while. I first saw them in a department store for €325 and decided to wait for the right deal. After searching for legitimate websites, I found Giarre.com. Although I waited through Black Friday, the real surprise came during the Christmas season: I found them for €170 plus an extra 25% discount—an absolute steal!
Since I wasn't familiar with the site, I had a few doubts, but Ornella from Customer Service was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly patient, professional, and slowly earned my trust by answering all my questions. Even though we had to wait a few days for them to be back in stock, Ornella kept me updated every step of the way.
Once they had stock, the glasses arrived at my home in Malaga in just 3 days with perfect tracking information. The packaging was very secure and the quality of the Persols is indisputable—they are simply ideal.
We’ve had a surprisingly rainy winter here in Malaga, so I’m still waiting for the sun to stay out to fully enjoy them, but I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I will definitely be buying from Giarre again. Thank you, Ornella!
Llevaba tiempo encaprichado con unas Persol 3348s en color Havana. Las vi en unos grandes almacenes por 325€ y decidí esperar al momento oportuno. Tras mucho buscar en webs legítimas, encontré Giarre.com y, aunque en Black Friday no surgió la oportunidad, en Navidades me llevé la gran sorpresa: ¡estaban a 170€ y con un descuento adicional!
Al principio tenía mis dudas sobre la web, pero aquí es donde entra Ornella de atención al cliente. Fue absolutamente estupenda, paciente y resolvió todas mis inseguridades. Se ganó mi confianza poco a poco, manteniéndome informado en todo momento mientras esperábamos a que tuvieran stock.
Una vez disponibles, el envío fue rapidísimo (3 días en casa) y con una trazabilidad perfecta. El embalaje es muy adecuado y las gafas son, sencillamente, ideales y de una calidad indiscutible.
Aunque aquí en Málaga llevamos un invierno de lluvias que parece mentira, estoy deseando que salga el sol para estrenarlas como se merecen. Sin duda, volveré a comprar en Giarre. ¡Gracias, Ornella!

Cercando online su siti affidabili, ho trovato Giarre.com. La vera sorpresa è arrivata nel periodo natalizio: li ho trovati a 170€ con un ulteriore sconto del 25%. Un affare incredibile!
Non conoscendo bene il sito all'inizio ero un po' dubbioso, ma Ornella del servizio clienti è stata semplicemente eccezionale. È stata molto paziente, professionale e ha saputo conquistare la mia fiducia rispondendo a ogni mia domanda. Anche se abbiamo dovuto aspettare qualche giorno per il riassortimento, Ornella mi ha tenuto sempre informato con grande gentilezza.
Una volta spediti, gli occhiali sono arrivati a casa mia a Malaga in soli 3 giorni con una tracciabilità perfetta. L'imballaggio era impeccabile e la qualità dei Persol è indiscutibile: sono perfetti.
Anche se qui a Malaga stiamo avendo un inverno insolitamente piovoso, non vedo l'ora che torni il sole per godermeli finalmente. Tornerò sicuramente a comprare su Giarre. Grazie mille, Ornella!

The pricing and customer service is second to none.

I expect that when a (supposedly) reputable distributor offers other company's products for resale, they either have those products in stock and ready to ship, or they have a contract with the producer to supply all the options listed for sale. That should be basic business practice - don't sell something you don't have. They were offering a product I wanted to buy so I placed an order, they took my money, THEN told me it was out of production, and STILL HAVEN'T refunded my money.Giarre does not appear to be a reputable reseller as they seem to think selling a product that doesn't exist is acceptable. No one should trust a company that does this.
I had a very disappointing experience with Giarre.com.The website presents prices in a way that strongly suggests the total cost is clear at checkout. However, after placing the order, I was hit with additional customs duties and fees that were not made transparent upfront. These charges were only effectively revealed after purchase, which I consider misleading to customers.While the company later stated that these fees are mentioned somewhere on the website, they are not clearly or prominently disclosed during the buying journey, especially given the headline pricing and checkout flow. This results in customers making purchasing decisions without full visibility of the real total cost.Customer service refused any refund and shifted responsibility entirely to customs, despite the lack of transparent pricing at the point of sale.I would strongly advise potential customers to be cautious, especially when ordering from outside the EU, and to factor in unexpected extra costs that are not clearly communicated before payment.
