All communications indicate a turnaround of 10 working days, and we're now on day 7 with no information. The website only shows that the repair is booked and offers a message claiming, 'Here's the fastest way to check the status of your repair. Receive up-to-date, detailed progress as your device speeds through our repair center.' Unfortunately, none of that is accurate! There have been no new updates in a week, and the process is anything but fast!
