I bought a phone from them about a year ago and I returned it for a repair. The phone arrived at the repair centre on the 27th and its status showed that the it was delayed because they were waiting for parts. I contacted them the following day asking that my phone be returned to me urgently as I’m travelling on the 2nd. I’m informed on the 30th that they’ll send my phone back but it was not sent back and the repair centre is closed on weekends. I asked them to send the phone to a DPD collection centre close to the airport so I can pick it up before departure, they refused. I asked them to keep the phone and offer me a refund of the money I paid for it so I could buy a new phone before travelling, they refused. I asked them to send me a similar phone as a replacement, they refused. They don’t have a call centre and you are forced to talk to an agent who will only reply every couple of hours. And they’re complaints department is also an agent who will simply inform you of the all ways they can’t help you from behind a screen because they HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL! They aren’t even remotely concerned about helping find a solution at all. I’ve been grossly mishandled and I’m so deeply disgusted by how little anyone cared to even attempt to help, despite my communicating that I’m travelling back for a family emergency. All I was offered was empty platitudes with no actual attempt to even find a solution to my problems and now I’m going back with no phone and no refund. Please please please do not under any circumstances give this company your money for any reason. Because there will be no way for you to actually advocate for yourself without being passed around to multiple agents hiding behind their policies and rubbish company bureaucracy
