Bought one of the referbished phones.
Made sure I stayed in for next working day delivery and it was delayed.
Due to commitments, I wasnt at home the day it was being delivered, so DPD sent it straight back to giffgaff.
Now im told that they aren't sending me the phone, and im having a refund instead. I cant even buy the same phone again because it's not in stock anymore?
Not only is this against the Consumer Rights Act, it's also a complete waste of my time, when I should be a valued long term customer.
On top of that, your network has become rubbish, and your customer service is even worse.
My advice to giffgaff. Improve - else better newer businesses will take your place, and you'll go under.
