I ordered a baseball cap with a logo, upon receipt (took a little over 2 weeks) it was misspelled. I took a photo & emailed it asking how this could be corrected. Happy to return the hat for a corrected one. The 1st email response apologized for the mistake & offered me a 25% discount on my next order. Umm, no thank you. I responded that I was requesting a full refund & again, happy to return the misprinted item. The next email asked if I would accept the corrected item. I said yes, if it could be sent as displayed. I did receive my hat (entire process took about 6 weeks), I’m now the proud owner of 2 baseball caps, 1 misspelled & the replacement has the vinyl peeling off. I haven’t even worn it. I did not reach out again, cutting my losses here. I will say I spent around $30 for this hat & bought a hat from another company known for discounts for right at $3 & it appears to be the same make & quality…
