Funny how quick they take ur $!!!! I have yet to receive anything but a receipt of payment... I have emailed, called and have gotten NO response. Calls go to vm. I even stated I will b reporting to B.B.B. I have not received my purchase as of yet and it has been 30 days with NO word. I have filed a report for fraud already.. I would NOT purchase from them.

I wish you could give negative stars because they don't even deserve a one star. Horrible company! Wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my money. It's been a month and still no order and when you email them and ask where your order is all they do is print off a mailing label and tell you it's shipped. so after weeks of no tracking then, they tell you Oh it's been shipped the Post Office just hasn't updated the tracking? They take your money out quickly for your order then scam you. This company is a total JOKE! DO NOT ORDER from them.
TOTAL SCAM! Auto correct changed city and state on order. I immediately contacted said company providing correct address. They told me I needed to place a new order for 25% cost over an above what I had already paid. They refused to resend! BEWARE AND READ REVIEWS BEFORE WASTING YOUR MONEY. Unfortunately this is a lesson I learned and will be contacting my credit card company to report them tomorrow.
Placed an order for six items on April 18. Even though the company did provide a tracking number, there were no tracking updates available online.I messaged the company and to their credit, they did reply promptly each time, even though the information they provided was really not helpful (basically 'very sorry for delay, appreciate your patience') - and I had to reach out a number of times, I believe four in total.A package with five of the items arrived on May 19, a full month after I had placed and paid for the order. The sixth item (which was the most expensive, and also customized) was not included in the shipment so I had to reach out yet again, since a second tracking number had never been provided. Apparently they had just never shipped it.Yesterday, June 4, I finally received the sixth item. It was hugely annoying to have to wait this long for an order, and to go back and forth with the seller about the issues.The first five items were of good quality and I was satisfied with those purchases.However, the sixth item (as mentioned, the most expensive, and customized with my name) is HORRIBLE. Lousy fabric, cheap looking, and completely not worth the price.Two stars overall due to quick replies to emails, and five items being decent. But the wait time, the lack of real tracking, and the terrible quality of the custom item mean I will NEVER buy from this seller again, and DO NOT recommend them to anyone else.
I ordered a baseball cap with a logo, upon receipt (took a little over 2 weeks) it was misspelled. I took a photo & emailed it asking how this could be corrected. Happy to return the hat for a corrected one. The 1st email response apologized for the mistake & offered me a 25% discount on my next order. Umm, no thank you. I responded that I was requesting a full refund & again, happy to return the misprinted item. The next email asked if I would accept the corrected item. I said yes, if it could be sent as displayed. I did receive my hat (entire process took about 6 weeks), I’m now the proud owner of 2 baseball caps, 1 misspelled & the replacement has the vinyl peeling off. I haven’t even worn it. I did not reach out again, cutting my losses here. I will say I spent around $30 for this hat & bought a hat from another company known for discounts for right at $3 & it appears to be the same make & quality…
This company is totally a scam. Ordered last year and they tried to say package was delivered. Never received it and never was refunded. A year later I ordered from them again. If course never received it but this time I made contact with them on a weekly basis. They of course said the item was new and needed to be manufactured. Such bullcrap. After 2 months I asked for refund and only got 30%Do NOT order anything Fr m them unless you just want to support their scam
Do NOT order from this company. I still haven’t received my order since March and told them I needed it for an event in early May. Now, I’m getting packets of seeds after the event- I’ve tried to cancel my order with no luck. I think it’s a scam. They keep giving excuses why it’s not here.
