The gift I ordered was incorrect and disappointing.

My friends did not receive the gift I had selected. It was not the snowman tower but a different item instead. Naturally, I felt quite let down. I chose not to inform my friends about the mix-up to avoid spoiling the moment. Overall, I was very unhappy with the situation as it was not what I had intended for them.
