I love the game. But, 18 seconds for detective partners insures you don't have to pay out too many rewards. It makes me mad, wastes my time and it makes me want to quit playing completely. For now I will never play that game again, it's supposed to be fun not frustrating as hell.
I LOVED this game. I was at level 400. I tried moving it to my son’s iPad and my progress was wiped. I have tried THREE times to restore my account. I keep getting a closure email for the ticket with no explanation of if I can recover my account. I am so disappointed. I am not willing to start from 0 and redo 400 levels. If you would like me to change this review then contact me and restore my account. Otherwise, this app just wants your money and doesn’t care. I say this because I kept buying diamonds and packages. Why don’t you just say ‘sorry we can’t find the account’ rather than this rubbish?
This game has become extremely greedy. What used to be a lot of fun is now just a relentless push to spend money. Playing well offers no rewards, and it keeps getting harder to compete without paying. The company has completely ruined the experience with their relentless focus on profit. I wouldn't recommend downloading this game unless you're ready to be pressured for cash. The additional side games they offer to enhance the experience are nearly impossible to complete without spending money. After five years as a loyal player, I'm done.

It's been over two months since the problem started, and I still haven't heard back. The ads are excessive, and the constant push to purchase is overwhelming. I regret spending so much time on this game without any resolution.
