Not a company that I would buy gift cards from. My daughter and granddaughter purchased me a jet 2 gift card for Christmas ( which was really nice of them). Unfortunately you cannot use the gift card directly with jet 2, you have to book via the card company site. This means you are unlikely to get the same deal that you would directly from jet2. In our case we had already booked a holiday with jet 2 but were unable to use the gift card as part payment - because the holiday was booked direct and not through the card company.
Having talked to my daughter ( and looked at the sellers website) it’s not at all clear that you can’t use the gift card to part pay your own bookings -BUYER BEWARE !
After purchasing the gift card, it didn't reach the recipient in time for Christmas. I had to follow up with the support team to have it resent, but it still didn't arrive. Fortunately, a kind representative eventually resolved the issue for me.
The vouchers were simple to locate and purchase, but I encountered difficulties when trying to print one, which wouldn't print at all. I reached out for assistance, but the response came only after I had already delivered them. This was not the most ideal first experience.
The website is user-friendly and efficient, but I only possess an order number for the gift card I bought. Unfortunately, my recipient can't locate it in her emails. When attempting to redeem it through my order details, I'm left with just the order number, and the platform lacks an option to view past orders. Overall, I find the service lacking for an online company.
The description for the gift card was incorrect, leading to the purchase of a digital card that is completely unusable for us. Moreover, there was no customer support available, just a bot stating that digital cards are non-refundable. This service is disappointing, especially with 2026 approaching.
The experience was frustrating as we intended to use a voucher. Upon receiving it, we found it couldn't be applied to our current holiday balance. Additionally, booking directly was not an option; we had to go through another company. If it were possible to rate this negatively, I would. My daughter purchased this for me and my spouse, and had she known the limitations, she wouldn't have bought it. It's truly unacceptable, and I would advise against purchasing here since it should allow flexibility with the chosen service.
