I received a $100 gift card for a holiday gift. When I attempted to register it for the first time, I found out that someone else had already registered it and used up the entire balance. There was no way to rectify the situation. The automated phone system didn’t connect me to a live representative, and the website offered no help, essentially indicating that if I wasn't the one who registered it, I was out of luck. It seems they let online thieves take advantage of customers while they profit. Next time, I’ll just give cash as gifts.
