Absolute scam. They deny or replace your card due to some ridiculous reason all while they are making interest money off the cards balance so the longer you can’t use the more they make back and pass it along as they are protecting you. This is the worst and I mean worst company you could ever buy a gift card from so save yourself the trouble and stick with the name brands and not the gimmicks or scams and believe me you will be scammed.
This company is a scam. I have a $100 gift card and I tried to use it and it was declined. It seems it was already used. They must not have good security if someone is able to steal it. I've tried calling but you can't get a person, you can only leave a message and no one returns the call.
Never buy a gift card from this company.
Received a 200 dollar gift card and same thing happen as with previous customers . Go to use it after registering it online an next day all the money was taken out been waiting since xmas and still nothing . Horrible company stay away
Tried to register card because the website was "down" and the next day logged in and my 350 visa gift card now had .10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cannot get ahold of anyone, cant get a response!!! This is a joke and I agree with everyone else -DO NOT BUY FROM YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SCAMMMMMM! After reporting the fraud, I cannot even log into my account anymore!
UPDATE- they have emailed me back and opened a case however it could take 30-90 days to here anything and I was going to use my giftcard for a trip the end of the month so I guess that will be cancelled. Just weird that my card was hacked a day after registering it on their website.

After reviewing feedback about this service, it's evident that they are involved in scams. I'm informing the person who gave me the gift to report this as fraudulent. Current banking regulations state that individuals are not liable for fraud committed against them, allowing them to recover funds from the seller. I also recommend running a strong antivirus on any devices used on their site. I will not engage with any representatives from this service.
