Even after registering and waiting three days, the card was declined by a popular retailer, similar to another card my daughter received as a gift. Checking the balance showed the funds were there, yet there was no record of any attempted transactions, and the 'contact us' option wasn’t functional. My only options were to call during business hours or send a letter. It shouldn’t be this complicated. I’ve asked the gift giver not to purchase these anymore. Update: a review site is saying I need to provide my phone number or my review will be flagged as not genuine. I refuse to share my phone number, so it seems I can't leave an honest review without giving personal information. What is going on?
