Customer service has been slow and unhelpful, offering no clear explanation or timeline.This appears to be either fraud or a serious system failure, yet GiftCard Mall has shown no urgency in resolving it. For a company that handles prepaid cards, this level of security and customer support is unacceptable.I would not recommend GiftCard Mall, especially for high-value cards. If something goes wrong, you may be left without your money and without answers.
