I received a $100 gift card for a holiday gift. When I tried to register it for the first time, I found out that someone else had already registered it and used up the entire balance. There was no way to address the issue. The automated system provided no access to a live representative, and the website offered no assistance, essentially stating that if I wasn't the original registrant, I was out of luck. It feels like they allow online scammers to take advantage of customers while they profit regardless. Next time, I’ll just give cash as gifts.
