This was the first mention of an app, which the recipient had to clarify. Since then, they've struggled to get clear answers, and the support team has repeatedly called her by the wrong name, despite her corrections in emails. This has caused significant stress, and the issue remains unresolved. I would not suggest purchasing a gift card from this service.
