Gift card of 120 Au Dollars not been delivered to recipient. Absolutely gutted. Customer services are diabolical. Shame on this company. Customer services are saying it has been sent. At loggerheads. Do not use this company and don’t waste your hard worked for money, send it another way. The whole experience has been dreadful. And in fact has put me off any further transactions with any gift card company in Australia.
