Just like many other people here, I purchased a gift card on this website on the 23rd January and still have not received it. It is a gift for a friend who is moving overseas and now I'm worried she won't even get it before she leaves next week. I've sent an email asking where the gift card is and am hoping for a response soon, though after reading all of these reviews, I think I've just been played out $200. I wish I'd read these emails before purchasing anything on this site.
UPDATE - Thank you to Jennifer for contacting me, I really appreciate it. I will chase this up and find out what has happened to the delivery. I think it would be a good idea in the future to send delivery updates and tracking numbers so that I can see if it's in transit or delivered, etc. I've changed the rating to 4 starts because the customer service has been so prompt and friendly. I'm hoping I can locate the gift card delivery. Thanks again.

Like all the other posts this appears to be a scam. Ordered a $250 gift card and again the recipient has not received the card. Tried calling the imaginary number which goes to a pre recorded message. Emailed and again no action. Will be taking this to the ACCC. REPLY: The case number as requested is CAS-1467503-J4N2B6.
Avoid at all costs. Their phone number goes to a recorded message saying they can only be contacted by email and they do not respond to emails. A card ordered 24 December still not delivered by 27 January. Thank goodness I paid by credit card and can dispute the charge.
I have received an e gift card from my employer as a Xmas gift/bonus ($1000) and have not been able to activate the card?....Have tried numerous times to activate this gift card but do not receive the activation code by email?....So I have contacted them by email to 2 different email addresses and received the automated response saying that I will be contacted within one business day....No response....Order# 924079CAS-1462801-G5L6N5-CRM;0470304CAS-1462824-Y1P2N8-CRM;0470320Not feeling to confident....Since this initial review I have joined the gift card store as a member I have received an email stating that I am now a member....But each attempt (30 + attempts) to activate the e gift card no email from from them?Increasingly frustrated!.....Would not recommend this business....As you can see from the reply from giftcardstore they obviously haven't read the review....I have RECEIVED by email an e gift card that I cannot activate.As I do not receive an ACTIVATION code by email?After 40-50 attempts to do so....I haven't recieved any correspondence from this business to rectify this issue.I STRONGLY recommend DO NOT use this company!
I cannot contact this company by phone and they are not responding to emails. I ordered a card, expecting it to be delivered within the week, nothing has arrived.Phone number attached to the credit card transaction on the statement says the number was not found. I ordered a gift card never received anything after confirmation email. I contact customer service and still have not heard anything back. this was meant to be a gift and has not arrived in time even though i ordered two weeks ahead of time. Gift card of 120 Au Dollars not been delivered to recipient. Absolutely gutted. Customer services are diabolical. Shame on this company. Customer services are saying it has been sent. At loggerheads. Do not use this company and don’t waste your hard worked for money, send it another way. ReplyI appreciate you replying to a query of Gift card not being received but I don’t appreciate how much stress and difficulty this has caused.Yes I recieved my refund after 4 weeks of persistent emailing and putting up a fight. The whole experience has been dreadful. And in fact has put me off any further transactions with any gift card company in Australia.
I purchased several gift cards on the 8th December and I am still waiting to recieve them. These were gift cards for staff for Christmas and now they will recieve nothing. Several emails and only response has been a request for the reference number which has been provided (twice). I hope to have a response soon - and the cards!
