Haven’t received gift card and no response from helpdesk
I joined Vodafone Broadband back in October, and am eligable for a £150 gift voucher being issued following a 3 month wait.
After the 120 days passed, I submitted a ticket through the Giftcloud website and chased it twice, and it has been numerous weeks since, I've received no follow up emails or any responses. This is very poor.
Please could someone from GiftCloud help action this ticket?
