signed up to iD mobile back in dec 2025 and been nearly 2 months and the offer still has not verified and haven't anything since. have raised a ticket as well but no response to it for weeks
Absolutely awful experience. I signed up to Vodafone home broadband back in June 2025, and was promised a £85 gift card. I did not hear from Vodafone or Giftcloud for a while.
-On 28 Nov 2025, I emailed Giftcloud to follow-up.
-On 4 Dec 2025, Giftcloud responded and asked for some further info, which I provided straight away. Giftcloud also said it may take another 20 working days before they could respond. Fine. I recognized we were getting close to Christmas so I actually gave them a bit more time.
-On 19 Jan 2026, I emailed them to follow-up. No response.
-On 2 Feb 2026, I emailed them again. No response again.
It's been 8 months since I signed up to Vodafone and supposedly get this sign-on bonus, but there's no sign anything is going to get resolved. It is absolutely radio silence now.
My recommendation to everybody seeing sign-on bonuses promised by GiftCloud - please just ignore. Chances are you won't get it anyway.
Issue was resolved as soon as practically possible. I was given timelines for resolution this although it took several days over the Christmas and New Year holidays...i appreciated the feedback

I was promised a gift voucher for signing up to sky broadband. I waited over 120 days no voucher recieved. I have emailed giftcloud 8 times since mid november i have even attached a copy of my sky bill but still no response not acceptable was responded to on here asked for token number stilk no response

I signed up for broadband with the expectation of receiving a £110 gift card after three months of service, likely to prevent cancellations for just the voucher. However, after the three months, I still hadn't received it. I raised a query, and while I received a prompt response asking for details about the referral and the company, communication soon stalled. I followed up multiple times and even filed a complaint. Eventually, I was informed that someone would investigate. Although the process was frustrating and I almost lost hope, they did manage to resolve the issue, and I received my voucher today. I'm uncertain about the internal processes, but I appreciate the team's efforts in continuing the investigation, so a big thank you to them.
Amid the holiday hustle of Christmas and New Year, I overlooked the email notifying me that I could claim my gift voucher. It was only when I checked my emails yesterday that I noticed it! I initially requested a specific option, but was disappointed to find it sold out. However, when I tried again this morning to redeem it, there were no issues at all. The digital code was provided instantly, and I successfully added it to my account.
I switched to a new service in August, expecting a voucher within 120 days. After raising a ticket on November 26, I received a response on December 3 asking for my ID, which I provided immediately. However, there has been no further communication despite my multiple follow-ups. I was informed on November 26 that responses typically occur within 24 hours, but that has not been the case.
