Signed up to a Vodafone Broadband promotion last November and was advised I would get a gift card through Giftcloud within 120 days. I have emailed their site on numerous occasions and received automated responses advising they would be in contact within 48 hrs. No one has been in contact or responded to my enquiries despite numerous emails. This reflects badly on Vodafone and their promotions. Would appear to be a bit of a scam. ticket number 640309 was my enquiry with no response.
