I signed up for broadband with the expectation of receiving a £110 gift card after three months of service, likely to prevent cancellations for just the voucher. However, after the three months, I still hadn't received it. I raised a query, and while I received a prompt response asking for details about the referral and the company, communication soon stalled. I followed up multiple times and even filed a complaint. Eventually, I was informed that someone would investigate. Although the process was frustrating and I almost lost hope, they did manage to resolve the issue, and I received my voucher today. I'm uncertain about the internal processes, but I appreciate the team's efforts in continuing the investigation, so a big thank you to them.
