Registered with EE at the end of October, with an offer of a £145 gift card and have waited the length of time that was stated in the terms and conditions.
Contacted Giftcloud support, took a long time for a response just to be told they'll contact EE manually to confirm that I signed up and will have a response and get back to me within 20 working days.
As expected, I've had no response from them even after chasing twice which results in me giving this review.
I'll be looking into which Ombudsmen covers this company and contact them to make them aware.
Edit: after the reply on here I magically received my giftcard... interesting...
