We purchased a broadband contract with Vodafone at the start of October with a promise of a £120 Amazon voucher from GiftCloud when signed up. It's very clear that you have to wait 120 days for the voucher before contacting the company.
After waiting the required time, I have contacted GiftCloud several times, with the only thing i have received back is an automated email saying they are busy - this was on the 17th February. Follow up emails sent at the start of March and middle of March, this time with no reply at all. Communication non-existent.
Very disappointed - I think companies such as Vodafone should not link themselves with companies like this due to the reflected negative PR.
