The products advertised on this platform are vastly different from what is received. When I raised concerns regarding the misrepresentation of certain items, a refund and credit were promised. Three months later, I am still waiting for this refund, despite returning the items through a courier. They make promises but fail to act, revealing a clear gap between their words and actions. Additionally, I cannot reach them on the customer service number provided. I cannot recommend this business due to their poor customer service, lack of transparency, and dishonesty.
