Extremely Disappointed with Order Delays

I placed two separate orders on 12/15/2025. 1. One totaling $115.80. 2. Another totaling $568.89. Both were promised for delivery within 5-7 days, meaning I expected them by 12/22/2025. I called on December 23, only to be informed that they would arrive in 2 days. When I followed up on December 25, I was told the orders were on the way. The first order finally came on December 27, five days late. I reported that I still hadn't received the second order and was advised to call back in two days if it didn't arrive. Since then, I have been calling every two days, and as of today, 1/7/2027, the orders intended for friends and family for Christmas remain undelivered. I am incredibly stressed and disappointed with the service. If I don’t reach out, I receive no communication from them. Very poor customer support. I will not be using this service again.
